Who We Are

Stapleton’s Aviation was created in 2013 by Joe Stapleton with the intention of providing the best aviation maintenance services possible.

Joe’s grandfather, Richard Langford, was once the airport manager for the Lewistown Airport. Richard owned and flew aircraft. Dan Langford, Joes uncle, has had a life long career in aviation. Dan is an A&P, IA, Commercial pilot with CFI & CFII and is also a DPE.

Joe began his aviation career in 2012 working as an apprentice towards his A&P. He started Stapleton’s Aviation in January of 2013 and began working on aircraft like Aerostar, Bell 206, Enstrom, Piper, and Cessna.

Joe holds his Private Pilot Certificate for Rotorcraft and Fixed-wing aircraft. He also holds an Airframe & Powerplant with Inspection Authorization Certificate. Currently he has a tail wheel endorsement and is attending rotorcraft flight schools and turbine engine programs.

His continued education includes Factory MD Helicopter Maintenance Training, Bell 206 flight training and Rolls-Royce M250 C20/C30 Training.
